We have a 30 day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, you can contact us at helpdesk@conceiveplus.hk. Please note that returns need to be sent to the address provided by our customer support team.
If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label and instructions on how and where to send your package. Items returned to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damage and problems
Please inspect your order upon receipt and if the item is defective, damaged or you have received the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can assess the problem and correct it.
Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable items (such as food, flowers or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care items (such as personal lubricants and fertility lubricants). We also do not accept returns of hazardous materials, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
