  Women's Fertility Support: This product is contraindicated in an individual with a history of hypersensitivity to any of its ingredients. Consult your physician prior to use if you are taking any other medication. Do not use if safety seal is missing or broken. Keep bottle closed with cap at all times and store in a cool, dry place. Accidental overdose of iron-containing products is a leading cause of fatal poisoning in children under 6. Keep this product out of sight and reach of children. In case of accidental overdose, call a doctor or poison control center immediately. In case of symptoms of nausea, stomach upsets or changes in urine color, take only one capsule for the first two weeks and continue with two capsules daily.
  
  Fertility Lubricant: Each applicator is for single use only and cannot be stored after opening or reused.Not a contraceptive, Conceive Plus does not kill sperm or interfere with sperm function. Do not use if tamper evident seal is broken or missing. If irritation occurs, discontinue use and consult your doctor if it persists. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use after expiration date. Conceive Plus is very slippery, clean spills immediately. Consult your physician if you have not become pregnant after 6 months of using this product. This product is not designed for home insemination procedures. Store between 36°F° - 86°F / 2°C – 30°C in this carton.
• Suggested use/Directions
  As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules daily with a glass of water. May be taken with or without food. Start taking 90 days before planned pregnancy and continue taking daily as required or as advised by your healthcare professional.
  
  How to use Fertility Lubricant pre-filled applicators: Remove applicator from box, do not use if tamper evident tab is broken. Hold applicator narrow end facing upwards, twist off the tab and discard. Gently insert the narrow end of the applicator deep into the vagina and squeeze the bulb end 2-3 times to deposit Conceive Plus into the vaginal cavity. Remove while continuing to squeeze the bulb end and discard.
  
  Can be applied up to 15 minutes before sexual activity to allow the lubricant to coat the vagina and cervix. For additional moisture, use the multi-use tube or another applicator.
  
  INDICATIONS FOR USE: Conceive Plus® is a personal lubricant, for penile and/or vaginal application, intended to moisturize and lubricate, to enhance the ease and comfort of intimate sexual activity and supplement the body’s natural lubrication. Conceive Plus® is compatible with sperm, oocytes, and embryos and can be used by couples trying to conceive. This product can be used in fertility interventions to facilitate entry of diagnostic and therapeutic devices into the vaginal cavity. Conceive Plus® is compatible with natural latex and polyurethane condoms. This product is not for use with synthetic polyisoprene condoms.
  
  Clinical Use: Conceive Plus can also be used to lubricate vaginal tissues to facilitate entry of diagnostic or therapeutic devices being placed into the vaginal cavity. This product is not sterile and should not be used when sterile product is required. Apply desired amount to instrument and/or genital area prior to insertion. Vary amount to achieve desired lubrication.
